Spruce Creek Community

When you live in Spruce Creek Fly-In, you know you're living in a true community!

With flying, golfing, and numerous other clubs and activities for all residents, you will never be bored - unless you wish to be!

The Annual Christmas Toy Parade features planes, cars and just about anything else on wheels in a parade through the community.

The January Bonfire Night is another highlight of the community, bringing residents and visitors in from across the country for an evening together under the stars.

Your privacy is enhanced within the gated community of the Spruce Creek Fly-In, but you always have the opportunity of being engaged in as many activities as you wish.

Love flying?
Join the Spruce Creek Gaggle every Saturday morning, where aircraft & pilots meet to decide where to have breakfast that day, before climbing away into the blue on another adventure with good friends.

Prefer a round of Golf?
Our 18 hole course is one of the area's finest, with a relaxing environment winding through wooded oaks and guaranteed to relieve even the most stressed players. And you can enjoy a round of tennis or a relaxing swim in the pool after the game.

If the ocean is your preference, we have some of the best beaches in Florida right on our doorstep. And with the Ponce Inlet 15 minutes down the coast you can surf,  fish, sail and boat to your hearts content!

There's no doubt that Spruce Creek Fly-In is simply the perfect place to make your next home!

Why not contact me today and find the residence that's just right for you!

We now have a great new restaurant - our very own Downwind Cafe!

Old friendships are kindled and new one's forged when residents meet at Spruce Creek Fly-In's new aviation-themed Downwind Cafe. Taken over and completely rebuilt by one of our Spruce Creek Fly-In residents in June of 2005, the restaurant and bar are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner six days a week, with an excellent menu choice at reasonable prices. The venue has quickly become one of the most popular spots for us Spruce Creekers to "hang out" together at the end of the day!

Golf Carts are a favourite means of transportation in Spruce Creek Fly-In.

If you only want a second smaller resident and a spot for your single-engined aircraft, why not consider one of the condo-style homes with an adjoining planeport?

Aircraft watching is a relaxing past time.

Spruce Creek Fly-In is home to many different types of aircraft, including this Grumman Goose...

...and this Citation jet.

Even our road signs reflect the enthusiasm that we have for aviation!

Need a break? How about a relaxing afternoon kayak trip on the Spruce Creek river, right in our own backyard!

A visit to the beach at sundown is something us locals also enjoy.
